  • When should I schedule my holiday light installation?

    Customers begin scheduling their holiday light installations around October 15th and they conclude around December 15th.

  • What areas of Long Island do you service?

    We install holiday lighting for both residential and commercial customers all throughout Nassau County and Suffolk County.

  • Will my holiday lights stay on all day?

    A timer is included with your installation.  The typical customer has their lights turn on at 4pm and turn off at midnight.

  • How long does the installation process take?

    The installation process takes anywhere from two to four hours depending on the size and complexity of the project.

  • When will my lights be taken down?

    Take down of your holiday lights begins on January 2nd and will conclude by January 31st.

  • Can I customize my holiday lighting design?

    Yes, your holiday light design is completely customizable.  We provide you with a detailed rendering of exactly what your home will look like beautifully decorated. 

  • How long does it take to have a bulb replaced if it goes out?

    Once contacted we will service your home within 36 hours.

  • I have my own lights.  Will you hang them for me?

    Unfortunately, not.  Everything you need is included in our service.  We only use commercial grade Christmas lights, fasteners and goods.  All of our products are of the highest quality and guaranteed to shine bright throughout the entire holiday season.
